Loss or Damage

Mister Snafu is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment.

If you would like to purchase additional services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please include a note with your order and we will contact you via email to confirm availability & price.

Additionally, Mister Snafu is not responsible for replacing packages sent to invalid or outdated addresses as entered by the customer, please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within one week of receiving your order. Returns are accepted on undamaged items in their original packaging.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer pays for return shipping on refunds and outbound shipping on exchanges. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment (minus original shipping).
